Here’s what to expect:

01 — Reach Out

Complete my contact form to submit an inquiry. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, typically 1-3 days from when you reach out!

02 — Consult Call

We will have a video consult call (usually 20-30 minutes) to discuss your goals and what you’re looking for. I’ll review the process with you and we will determine if we are a good match!

03 — Protocols Created

I will get to work creating a training plan for you and get you set up with your tracking sheet so we can monitor how you’re feeling. You’ll be provided with forms to complete (Liability waiver, financial agreement, payment info, and a more in-depth questionnaire about your health history and habits).

04 — Let’s get strong!!

Training begins! You’ll get a 3 or 4 day per week strength training plan and complete weekly check-ins about how it went. I’ll provide you a feedback video reviewing your week and offering suggestions, encouragement, and feedback.
