
Hi, I’m Kelsey!
A little about me:
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NFPT (06/2022)
I have been strength training since 2018 in a variety of different gyms and settings (shout out to my fellow anxious gym girlies!).
I am super passionate about empowering women with both education and holistic support.
I am a mom and understand the unique psychological and physical challenges that pregnancy and postpartum can bring.
I have my Masters in Counseling Psychology and have been a mental health counselor in the state of Washington since 2016. I am also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional.
Things are Fine Coaching was created to help integrate and promote strength training as an added treatment for mental health disorders. Although I am a therapist, this role of coach is distinct and different. If you need mental health support, please contact 988 (USA) or go to your local emergency room.
When I’m not at work or in the gym, you can find me: reading a thriller book, going for walks, gardening, eating all the food, listening to true crime podcasts, and chasing my toddler around.
